Raising the organic matter of one acre by 1% takes about 8 TONS of carbon out of the air !!!!! More organic matter results in less runoff/more rain soaking in, increased drought resilience, and healthier plants.

Robert brings an engineering and medical background, Cassie brings flowers, crafts, and “Making it look pretty”. Robert bought this farm over 30 years ago; it had been tenant farmed for almost 50 years. The the bottom field soil that should be 4-6% organic matter was “less than 0.5%” and would would hardly grow weed! Most fields now test over 4% organic matter.

Floral Hill name came from Robert being raised on the 7th tallest hill in FL, near Floral City with a mom who was passionate about flowers.
